Shipping Options

 

We currently ship to the UK and the USA

In the UK we offer two shipping services:

 

UK standard shipping - 3-5 days after dispatch

UK express shipping - 1-2 days after dispatch

​

In the USA we offer two shipping services:

 

USA standard shipping - 5-7 days after dispatch

​​

USA express shipping - 2-3 days after dispatch

 

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, but this may vary at peak periods.

 

Due to Covid-19 it is possible that there maybe slight variations in the timings specified above, should this be the case we will notify you. All our shipping services are tracked and signed for.

UK standard shipping- £2.99 (free for orders over £35)

UK express shipping - £4.99

USA standard shipping - £15

USA express shipping - £28

Returns

When are pretty sure that when you receive your Ara and Obi goodies from us, you will love them as much as we do. However we do know that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. Should that need arise, we are committed to making that process as easy for you as we can.  

​

Please email customercare@araandobi.com for all returns. Goods returned within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and you have also sent us a proof of return.
